physiological assessment

The starting point is the Physiological Assessment, the purpose of which is to gather a set of relevant data and metrics about the athlete's current physical condition, namely the capacity and potential for development of the different energy systems, their interaction and efficiency, thus guiding the entire Coaching process.

biomechanical study

Before engaging on our Coaching Services, the athlete must conduct a Biomechanical Study, in accordance with the methodology and protocols used and implemented in our practice. Only this way can it be guaranteed that there are no potential factors that could compromise the athlete's progression and evolution, thus reducing the risk of future injuries, ensuring the performance optimization.

Discussion and Planning of the athlete's daily routine, goals (competitive and/or recreational), expectations, time constraints and availability, equipment at their disposal, etc.

prescription

Weekly prescription (although daily adjusted to the needs, setbacks and unpredictable scenarios that may arise), via the TrainingPeaks platform, of the On-Bike Training Plan, Strength and Conditioning Exercises, Flexibility and Mobility Routine and Nutritional Guidelines.
